Precision Imaging Metrics will be at the 2014 AACI/CCAF Annual Meeting taking place at The Westin Chicago River North
Precision Imaging Metrics will have an exhibit at the 2014 Association of American Cancer Institutes (AACI)/Cancer Center Administrators Forum (CCAF). This three-day event brings cancer center directors and executive-level administrators together with leaders of national cancer research and advocacy groups, industry, and government health agencies to develop solutions to common challenges and to share best practices.
Objective quantitative imaging assessment of tumor response is essential in the management of oncology clinical trial patients. Clinicians use this objective response information as a primary endpoint and for go/no-go decisions to determine if a patient should continue treatment. However, the current workflow for imaging tumor response assessment is inefficient and error-prone. In many instances, the clinical team transcribes lesion measurements from the radiology report or the oncologist makes the measurements themselves when they are not provided.
Precision Imaging Metrics will be demonstrating Metrics Manager v2.0 software. Meeting attendees will learn how Metrics Manager is currently being used at four major cancer centers and how v2.0 could be utilized by other cancer centers and hospitals to improve quantitative imaging assessment.
Please come and visit us at The Westin Chicago River North (320 North Dearborn St, Chicago, IL 60654) from October 26th to 28th.
